Guachinche La Esperancera is a modern establishment serving Canarian food and grilled meats in the town of Llano del Moro, in the municipality of El Rosario.
This is a remodeled establishment, cozy, modern and full of small details, located on the main road, with easy access and with private parking for its clients.
They accept reservations and have space to accommodate small groups, to celebrate events such as birthdays or company dinners.
The menu offers a large number of starters and dishes to share, such as cheeses, soup or stew of the day, salads and dressed tomatoes, escaldón, various types of croquettes, sweet potato salad, stuffed mushrooms, ropa vieja, fabada, stamped eggs, ribs with potatoes and pineapple… Seafood dishes such as fish churros, cod with onions, grilled cuttlefish, seafood skewers… Meat dishes such as rabbit with garlic, fiesta meat, goat meat, cachopo, pork tenderloin… And great grilled meats such as roast chicken, steaks, sirloins and grills for 2 people.
They make several varieties of homemade desserts, such as quesillo, Maria cookie dessert, chocolate dessert… very delicious.
They have wine served in bulk , both red and fruity white, as well as a small selection of bottles of Spanish wines from different regions.
The service provided by the staff is good, they are friendly. The prices are adequate, quite in line with the quality and preparation of their dishes.
If you are looking for a cosy and somewhat unique place, easy to get to and park, where they serve delicious Canarian food, with reasonable prices and where they provide good service, Guachinche La Esperancera is a great option.

Si algo nos gusta a un buen canario es un buen guachinche , y para ello tenemos la Esperancera .
Un lugar donde con el trato del personal te hacen sentir en casa : familiar , acogedor .
Sus platos no pueden estar más ricos y ser más abundantes .
Sin duda alguna se ha convertido en uno de mis favoritos .
