Casa Sergio

Description

Casa Sergio is a restaurant serving Canarian food and grilled meats at reasonable prices on the main road in La Victoria de Acentejo.

The establishment has a large , comfortable and welcoming dining room with wooden tables and chairs, as well as a wonderful outdoor terrace at the back.

There is no private parking available. There are several public parking spaces in the area, but as it is a very busy area it can sometimes be difficult to find parking.

On the menu we can find starters such as the famous roast leg , white cheese, escaldón, salad, Russian salad, ropa vieja, fabada, croquettes, broken eggs… Fish dishes such as stewed grouper, cod in onion sauce, grouper jareas… And grilled meat dishes such as sirloin, Iberian pork, steaks or black pork chops.

Apart from the roasted leg, jareas are quite popular, as it is not common to find this dish nowadays in many guachinches. Black pig meat is also very popular and very tasty.

They usually make some variety of homemade dessert , usually cheesecake or cookie cake.

They have house red wine , from independent winegrowers in the area, and also fruity white wine served in bulk.

Both the prices and the amount of food served in the portions are adequate, having a good quality-price ratio .

The attention from the staff is great, friendly, kind and willing to help.

If you are looking to choose between a terrace or a lounge to enjoy a good Canarian meal and grilled meats, in a northern place with delicious desserts, good wine, reasonable prices and good service, the Casa Sergio restaurant is a good option.
