Description

Casa Goya is a simple restaurant serving traditional Canarian food and grilled meats located in La Matanza de Acentejo, in the north of Tenerife.

Its rustic and informal appearance makes it have many similarities with traditional guachinches.

The owners of the restaurant put a lot of care into choosing the products, which are always local, the preparation of their dishes, the cleanliness of the establishment and the way they treat their customers.

As a result, Casa Goya offers very rich and tasty food , very well prepared, where you can find dishes such as escaldón, cheeses, fabada and chickpeas, croquettes, fish churros, stampede eggs, goat meat, fiesta meat, cod, octopus… and succulent grilled meats such as chicken, chops, sirloins, Iberian pork, T-bone steaks and complete grills for about 3 people.

They offer house wine , both red and fruity white, made by local producers on the island.

Sometimes they also make homemade desserts , such as quesillo or cake, which they offer along with other desserts from other popular brands on the island.

In the vicinity of the premises there are parking areas and land where customers can park their vehicles.

The portions of the dishes are generous and the prices are quite reasonable , something that their customers usually highlight. This, together with the quality of the food and the good service , make this restaurant a good option to taste traditional Canarian food in the north of Tenerife.
