Guachinche Uva Negra

Description

Guachinche Uva Negra is a Canarian food restaurant that offers both traditional dishes and new recipes and more modern preparations of dishes and products from the islands.

It is located in the municipality of La Matanza, in the north of Tenerife, not far from the main road and the town centre. They have a large car park for their customers.

It has a wide variety of dishes on its menu . As starters they serve dishes such as soup, fried cheese with gofio and honey, salads, scrambled eggs with chorizo, chickpeas, battered mushrooms, marinated or breaded tomatoes, ropa vieja, various croquettes… In fish you can find cod with onions, tuna in sauce, squid, cuttlefish and limpets. In grilled meats they have roast chicken, steaks, chops, sirloins, secret, top loin, T-bone steaks, sausage and chistorra combinations, grilled meat for 2 or 4 people…

They also offer menus at different prices, with options to choose from as starters, main courses and drinks. In addition, there is a children’s menu adapted for the little ones.

For desserts, they offer homemade desserts, such as quesillo, along with other varieties and options from well-known island brands.

In wines you can find house red wine , usually from La Victoria, and fruity white wine served in bulk from a renowned winery on the island.

It is a place with good service , good food and good prices . On some weekends and holidays it tends to get quite crowded, so we recommend some patience.
