La Trilla is a café-restaurant that offers typical Canarian food and local wine at good prices, right on the main road in the town of Icod el Alto, in the municipality of Los Realejos.

Located on the ground floor of a family home, there are some parking spaces right in front of the establishment. Parking in the area is not very difficult as there are parking spaces on the side of the road.

It is a family business that has a good indoor dining room and a wonderful outdoor terrace with views of Mount Teide. It is spacious and has a large capacity. For this reason, they accept reservations and the celebration of small events such as baptisms, communions, birthdays, etc.

On the menu you can find starters and dishes to share such as chicken soup, salad, grilled cheese, potato salad, croquettes, fish churros, chickpeas… Some fish options such as grilled cuttlefish… and grilled meats such as chicken, chops, steaks…

Being a bar-cafeteria, they also offer sandwiches, flan, croissants, hamburgers, crazy potatoes…

As for desserts, they make some homemade varieties, such as cheesecake or chocolate cake. They also have ice cream from well-known brands.

They offer house wine, both red and fruity white, by the glass or in bulk, from independent winegrowers on the island.

The prices are quite reasonable, very affordable. The quality of the food is also good, and the portions are not small.

The service provided by the owner and employees is quite good. They are very kind and attentive people.

This La Trilla restaurant and café is a great option if you are on a tour of the north and are looking for an affordable place, with good Canarian food or sandwiches, easy to get to and park, good service and a magnificent terrace with incredible views of Teide on clear days.
