Guachinche La Patrona is an establishment serving Canarian food and grilled meats at affordable prices, more of a bar/restaurant than a traditional guachinche, in the municipality of Candelaria.

It is located above the highway, close to the Candelaria exit, in the direction of the town of Las Cuevecitas.

It consists of a large hall and a covered interior terrace, accessible and visible from the race.

Although they have a small private parking lot for their clients, you will also find parking areas nearby.

Their menu has a good selection of dishes. You can find starters and dishes to share such as grilled cheese, salads, escaldón, croquettes, chickpeas, mushrooms stuffed with almogrote, scrambled eggs, broken eggs… And delicious grilled meats such as roast chicken, ribs, steaks and pork chops, bichillo, beef tenderloin, sausages, chistorras and blood sausages, grills for 2 to 6 people…

As for desserts, they make some homemade varieties, such as Uruguayan polvito, quesillo, cookie dessert… as well as other varieties of well-known brands from the island.

They have house wine, served in bulk and from winegrowers on the island, both red and fruity white.

The service provided by the staff is correct, and the prices are reasonable, appropriate to the type of food, product and quantity served in their portions.

They accept reservations for groups and for small family events, such as baptisms, communions, birthdays, intimate weddings…
