La ventita de Cholucas is a restaurant serving Canarian food, which combines traditional dishes with more avant-garde and elaborate ones based on local recipes and products.

It is located on a plot of land in the upper part of the municipality of Fasnia, surrounded by nature and animals, where they have private parking for clients, as well as various terraces with tables set out for eating. They also have an indoor dining room if you prefer. All this in a very cozy and pleasant atmosphere .

Despite not having a very extensive menu , the food is very tasty and exquisite . You can find starters and dishes to share such as a cheese board, sausages, tequeños, saquitos, fried cheese with gofio, grilled chorizos, ropa vieja, dressed tomatoes, salad… In meats you will find options such as goat meat, pork knuckle and their exquisite roast black pig , one of the most popular dishes and for which this restaurant is best known.

They make homemade desserts  daily, depending on the season and availability, such as pineapple dessert or Uruguayan polvito.

They have a very rich, fruity red and white wine served in bulk, from the Güímar valley area and from producers in Abona.

At La Vendita de Cholucas the service is quite good, the environment is super cozy, the portions are quite generous and the food is delicious.

It is a perfect place if you are looking for a good black pig and more elaborate Canarian food, whether you come as a couple, with your family, with children or with groups of friends.
