On the evening of June 25th , the town of La Orotava will host the highly anticipated “2024 Wine Harvest Presentation” on Mercedes Pinto Avenue . The event, held as a prelude to the Corpus Christi Infraoctava, will open its doors from 6:00 PM to midnight and is expected to attract up to 7,000 wine and food lovers.
🎟️ Appetizers and wine tastings: tradition with a modern touch
- Free physical invitations will be available on June 23 and 24 at Doña Chana Cultural Park , from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a limit of 3 per person upon presentation of ID (maximum two IDs per transaction).
- Wine glasses (reusable branded glasses) will be sold for €2.50 , available upon ticket purchase and also on the day of the event.

🍇 9 wineries, 50 flavors to discover
The wineries come from the Orotava Valley Designation of Origin, which has approximately 216 hectares of vineyards at the foot of Mount Teide. The participating wineries are:
- La Haya
- Las Galanas
- Murcal
- Illada
- La Viñita
- Volcán de Caramujo
- Tafuriaste
- Valleoro
- La Suertita
Together, they will offer nearly 50 wines, including whites (dry and fruity), rosés, reds (traditional and carbonic maceration), and barrel-aged wines.
🍴 Nine gastronomic spaces for demanding tasters
The wine tour is complemented by culinary offerings from local cafes, bars, bakeries and restaurants such as El Encuentro, La Marquesa-Amalia, El Fénix and Queso y Vino, among others.
🎉 Music, raffles… and partying
- DJ Mingo Show will be in charge of setting the mood for the evening.
- During the event, there will be raffles with prizes including trips, wine packages, and even a shoulder of ham valued at €700.
- At midnight, the celebrations will move to the Plaza del Quinto Centenario , where the Magec group will continue the celebration.
