Description

Guachinche Bibi y Mana is a popular guachinche specialising in fish and seafood in the town of Taganana, in the heart of the Anaga Rural Park , in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Although it is in Santa Cruz, the guachinche is not located in the city, but in a rural setting that is accessed by secondary roads that run through the rural park. Nearby are the famous beaches of Benijo, Almáciga and Roque de las Bodegas.

This is a charming establishment with excellent service from the owners and staff, close to the road and with some parking spaces in front of the guachinche and its surroundings.

It has a wonderful covered outdoor terrace , and a small dining room with a few more tables.

At Bibi and Mana’s Guachinche , fish and seafood stand out . You can find dishes such as octopus, cod, catch of the day, limpets, prawns and shrimp depending on the season. They also offer some meat dishes such as chicken in sauce, sirloin or fiesta meat. And traditional Canarian dishes perfect as starters or to share, such as ranch, grilled cheese, Padrón peppers, chickpeas…

The desserts are homemade and delicious. They vary in their offering and preparation, although one of the most popular and popular ones is usually Uruguayan polvito. Sometimes you can find cheesecake, quesillo and other varieties.

They have house wine from local island producers, both red and fruity white wines, which are served in bulk. Customers and diners agree that the house wines are very good.

Due to its location, Guachinche is in a perfect spot to enjoy a good meal before or after going to one of the beaches in the area, or taking a hike through the rural park.

Due to its surroundings and atmosphere, the friendly service, the quality of the food, the abundance and good prices, Bibi and Mana’s Guachinche is one of the best-rated guachinches in the area, and in Tenerife in general.
