Guachinche Lomo Santo is a traditional Canarian food tavern or guachinche located near the town of La Matanza.

It is a family business , with friendly and close service, located on the ground floor of a single-family house, which serves as a dining room . The establishment has an outdoor terrace at the back with magnificent views of Teide and the northern side of the island.

They do not have private parking, but it is located on a street where there are several parking spaces available.

On the menu we find dishes that are ideal for sharing or starters , such as cheeses, yellow rice, octopus ropa vieja, fish stew, croquettes, goat meat, party meat, and stamped eggs. Fish dishes such as cod with onions, squid in sauce or stewed octopus. And grilled meats such as sirloins, roast chicken, steaks, Iberian pork, rabbit, T-bone…

They make some homemade desserts such as quesillo, tarta de la abuela or tarta 3 leches, along with other varieties of well-known brands from the island.

They offer house wine , both red and fruity white, served in bulk, from local producers in the northern area.

The portions are generous, and the price of the dishes is quite reasonable considering the quality and quantity of food served.
