Bodegón Yumar

Description

Bodegón Yumar is a restaurant with the spirit of a traditional guachinche , serving Canarian food and local wine in Santa Úrsula.

It consists of a simple, clean and welcoming dining room on a secondary street wide enough to allow parking nearby.

Their offering is simple and not very varied, like in the more traditional guachinches. You can find cheese, avocados, pinto beans, chickpeas, chistorras and black pork.

They make homemade desserts , such as cakes and the classic timbas (María cookies with cheese and guava jam).

The house wine is home-grown and is usually very good, excellent. They have both red and fruity white wines, served in bulk. When they run out, they close the establishment until the next harvest arrives.

The service is quite good, as well as the quality and preparation of the food, the quantity of the portions and the prices , which are reasonable and adjusted.
