The Bar Casa Teodoro , also known as El Ratón , is a Canarian food establishment in the upper part of Icod de los Vinos.
A simple, pleasant and clean village bar with a large dining room with good views from its windows.
It stands out for offering exquisite , homemade, abundant and delicious food at very affordable prices .
Their offer consists of dishes such as watercress stew, grilled cheese, chickpeas, croquettes, scrambled eggs, fiesta meat, goat meat and some exquisite tortillas that are a house specialty and one of their star dishes.
They make an original homemade dessert called polvito de ratón, a variation of the Uruguayan polvito. Very tasty.
They have house red wine from local winegrowers. They also have a good selection of bottles from local and national wineries.
The service from the owner and staff is very good and friendly, kind and nice.
They do not have private parking, but you can find places to park in the area.
