Guachinche La Romería

Description

Guachinche La Romería is a traditional guachinche , like those of yesteryear, with homemade Canarian food, mainly fish, and wine produced in La Victoria de Acentejo.

This is a roadside lounge, decorated in a rustic and simple style. Parking is a bit complicated as it does not have a private parking lot and is on a narrow street with two-way traffic.

Among its dishes you can find fresh cheese, mussels and limpets, fish croquettes, ranch, escaldón, sardines, octopus, grouper, tuna in mojo sauce, fiesta meat and meat with potatoes.

They don’t usually offer dessert , beyond some fruit.

Its fine home-grown red wine stands out.

The service is good and the prices are very affordable. The portions of their dishes are generous.

If you are looking for a guachinche like the ones from before, simple, with good wine and few dishes on offer but delicious and very affordable, try this Guachinche La Romería.
