Guachinche Casa Estela is one of the most traditional and family-friendly guachinches in existence. Estela, the owner herself, will gladly and kindly serve you in her home, where she has several terrace and dining areas to serve her clients.

This is a guachinche serving traditional, home-made Canarian food and delicious grilled meats . Everything is cooked in a very simple way, but with great care and with top-quality local and regional products.

It is located in La Perdoma, a town in the municipality of La Orotava, in a unique and somewhat remote setting , surrounded by nature, vineyards… and being at a high altitude, you can enjoy good views and sunsets over the valley of La Orotava .

Estela offers typical dishes to share such as escaldón, cheeses, chickpeas, wrinkled potatoes with mojos, croquettes… In terms of meat, its chicken in salmorejo stands out, as well as chops, steaks and T-bone cooked on wood embers.

As a dessert , Estela usually makes a fantastic homemade quesillo every day that usually delights all of her customers.

Of course, since this is an authentic traditional guachinche, the wine is home-grown , red, and is served in bulk. White wine is sold by the bottle.

The prices are ridiculously cheap , the portions are generous and the food is delicious . Estela will serve you directly and will not let any of her guests leave unsatisfied. She will do everything possible to make you feel at home and to make sure everything is to your liking.
