Restaurante Los Botes is a fish-focused establishment located in the San Cristóbal neighborhood of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

You’ll find starters and sharing dishes such as various types of cheese, salads, dressed tomatoes, fish broth, scalded gofio, eggplant with honey, Padrón peppers, fish croquettes, grilled mussels, fried shrimp, and more. Main courses include fish dishes such as calamari, cuttlefish, octopus, sardines, baby squid, cod loin, breaded or grilled fish, fresh fish of the day, and even seafood paella. They also offer meat dishes such as chicken strips and breasts, sirloin steak, escalope, entrecote, marinated pork, chistorras (chicken sausage) with scrambled eggs, and so on.

It also has a daily menu during the week.

They offer a few varieties of desserts, although they aren’t made by them. You can find Uruguayan polvito, chocolate mousse, mango mousse, as well as several varieties of cakes.

In the wine section, they offer house white wine served in bulk, and they have a small selection of bottles from wineries on the islands, mainly whites.

The prices are affordable, considering that this is a restaurant, not a guachinche, and that seafood is usually a more expensive raw material.

Their dishes are delicious, well prepared, with adequate amounts of food in both full and half portions.
