The Lomo Hilo Restaurant, also known as Isidro y Rosa, is a family establishment serving Canarian food and grilled meats in Santa Úrsula.
It is located on a narrow and steep street, but they have private parking for their clients, as well as an access ramp that makes entry easier for their clients and especially for people with reduced mobility.
On the menu you can find starters and dishes to share such as chicken soup, fresh or grilled cheese, salad, chickpeas, fabada, croquettes, offal, goat meat, chistorras and blood sausages… and meat dishes such as fried ribs, steaks and pork chops, chicken, sirloins and T-bone steaks.
They make some delicious homemade desserts, such as quesillo, chocolate mousse, lemon mousse or gofio, as well as ice cream and coffee.
They have house wine served in bulk, red and fruity white, from winegrowers on the island.
The establishment consists of a large dining room , clean and pleasant, yet simple.
The treatment from both the cook and the waiters is good, they are kind and friendly.
The prices are quite reasonable, with a great quality-price ratio, as well as considerable portions.
In short, the Lomo Hilo Restaurant is a place where you can enjoy Canarian food with the same flavour as always at good prices, with good service, in a comfortable place that is easy to get to and park. A great option in Santa Úrsula.
