Las Salinas Restaurant is a Canarian food establishment specialising in fish and seafood in the town of Castillo del Romeral, municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana.

This is a very popular establishment located near the sea. It has an indoor dining room with access from the street, with wooden furniture. And a wonderful covered terrace/gallery with sea views and access to the promenade.

There is no private parking, but there is a parking area nearby, as well as various streets in the area where you can park.

It has a fairly extensive and varied menu . You can find starters and dishes to share such as salads, scalded gofio, cheeses, garlic prawns, squid tips, croquettes, sautéed mushrooms with prawns, seafood soup… Great paellas and rice dishes , whether seafood, meat, vegetables, black rice, rice soup… Meat dishes such as sirloin, entrecote, escalope, grilled breast… And fresh fish dishes of the day, breaded, a la marinera, fried octopus, Saharan squid, mussels, cuttlefish, grilled prawns…

They offer a few varieties of desserts and cakes , as well as ice cream, although it is not a place that stands out especially for its desserts.

They have white wine served in bulk from a renowned Canary Islands winery, as well as a good selection of bottles from wineries on the islands, as well as national ones.

The staff is usually attentive and very efficient , professional, even in situations where the place is full and there is a waiting list.

The prices , considering that it is good fish, are quite cheap. In addition, the portions served are not small at all.

In short, its good service, excellent value for money, good quality of food, proximity to the sea and the coast, its wide range of options and the relative ease of parking make Las Salinas Restaurant a magnificent place to enjoy a good meal, as attested by the hundreds of diners who come here every day.
