Guachinche La Montañita is a family-run guachinche serving traditional Canarian food in the south of Tenerife, in San Miguel de Abona.

This is a spacious, comfortable dining room with a rustic atmosphere and right on the road, where you will have no trouble finding parking even though they do not have private parking.

They serve typical dishes that are ideal as starters or to share, such as grilled or fresh cheese, chickpeas, fish churros, prawns, chicken croquettes, dressed tomatoes or with cheese… Meat dishes such as sirloin steak on the stone (one of their specialties), ribs with potatoes and pineapple, or fiesta meat.

Their desserts are homemade , and they usually make cheesecake or biscuit cake. Additionally, and depending on the day, they also prepare other varieties.

They offer homemade red wine that is usually very good.
