El Parral, also known as Casa Lola, is a Canarian food establishment with a traditional guachinche feel in the town of Güímar.

With more than 50 years of experience, this typical Canarian bar is known for its home-cooked food and its specialty in roast chicken.

Located in the heart of Güímar, the establishment retains its authentic, traditional and family atmosphere. Although the establishment does not have a private car park, the area offers various parking options on public roads, with lots and verges in the surrounding area where you can park.

It consists of various interior rooms, well decorated, with stone walls and wooden tables, either for couples, 3 or 4 diners, or for small groups. In fact, they allow the celebration of intimate events for small groups, such as baptisms, communions, birthdays…

The menu focuses on Canarian cuisine, and although it is not very varied, it is of quality. Among the options you can find are cheese, salad, homemade croquettes, chickpeas, goat meat and roast chicken, their great specialty. Everything is very tasty. The bread is served hot, something we love.

They offer some homemade desserts, such as lemon mousse, one of the most elaborate and popular in this place.

The house wine is served in bulk, either red or fruity white. It comes from independent winegrowers in the area and is usually tasty.

The prices are competitive. The portion sizes are adequate to generous.

The service and attention provided is familiar and somewhat relaxed, but cordial.
