Guachinche Casa La Rubia is a family-run, traditional Canarian food establishment in the municipality of Santa Úrsula.

Located on the ground floor of a single-family home, at the intersection of two small village streets, it does not have private parking, so parking in the area can be somewhat difficult.

It’s an authentic guachinche, with a few dishes and excellent wine. It’s only open for lunch at noon, and from Thursday to Saturday. The atmosphere is rustic and quaint, with an old-fashioned bar and a few tables.

On the menu, you’ll find dishes like sharks, chickpeas, squid, meat with potatoes, meatballs, and potato omelet. The dishes are small, but very rich, well-cooked, and tasty. Ideal for pairing with the excellent house red wine.

The prices are very cheap and the owners are very kind and friendly.
