Located on the main road to La Perdoma (TF-324), it has some parking spaces right in front of the premises and on a nearby side street, making it easy to access.

Their menu, while not extensive, is full of traditional flavors. It offers a varied selection of starters and sharing dishes such as Canarian cheeses, house salad, Russian salad, croquettes, breaded or garlic mushrooms, fabada (bean stew), scrambled eggs, or offal. Main courses include heartier options such as goat meat, stewed or onion-fried cod, and grilled meats such as chops, steaks, bichillo (pork ribs), Iberian pork secret, chistorras (chicken sausages), and sausages.

The desserts are homemade and carefully prepared. You can enjoy classics like quesillo, gofio mousse, chocolate, pineapple, or coffee dessert, all with an authentic, artisanal flavor.

To accompany the meal, they offer house wine, served in bulk, both red and fruity white, sourced from local winegrowers.

Although the prices may be slightly higher than those of a traditional guachinche, the portions are generous and the quality is excellent. Each dish is well-prepared, and the use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients is evident.

The service is another of its strong points. It’s a family business where customers are treated with care, taking care of every detail, both in service and in the cleaning and maintenance of the premises.
