Casa Elena, also known as El Colgaiso, is a traditional Canarian guachinche in the municipality of La Matanza de Acentejo, in North Tenerife.

This is an authentic guachinche that keeps the Canarian culinary tradition alive, offering typical dishes and home-grown wine. The restaurant, with its simple, informal, rustic and welcoming appearance, invites you to enjoy a meal with your partner, family or friends in a relaxed atmosphere. It has a small covered terrace where you can be with your pet.

It is on a slightly steep street with few parking areas, so it can be a bit complicated during rush hour, as there are also other parking lots nearby.
