Description

Km2 Kcero Restaurant is a farm and restaurant serving Canarian food with local and nearby products, in the municipality of Arafo.

It is located on the TF-245 road that connects the town of La Hidalga with the centre of Arafo. At kilometre 2 of this road we find this small farm that has private parking for its customers, as well as different terraces and outdoor spaces where you can enjoy its dishes.

It is a very cozy, rural place, with a somewhat alternative atmosphere, decorated with recycled objects. Its owners are charming and offer a magnificent service.

Their menu is simple. Their cuisine is based on raw materials, high-quality local and nearby products.

You can find very tasty options such as a cheese board with nuts, seasoned tomatoes, escaldón, black potato salad, chickpeas, peas, sardines, squid, salted grouper, ribs with potatoes and pineapple, bug, rabbit…

They make a simple, delicious and very healthy homemade dessert, made with cookies, yogurt, nuts, and the homemade jam of your choice from among different flavors to choose from.

They also have coffees and cortados made with a traditional Italian coffee maker.

They have local white wine served in bulk, as well as home-grown red wine, both very good.

Prices are a bit higher than those of a traditional guachinche, which is totally understandable considering the quality of the products they use. The portions are adequate. And the quality and preparation of the food is exquisite, superior.

If you are looking for a Canarian food place where quality takes precedence over quantity, with delicious and healthy dishes, that is welcoming, outdoors, with private parking, offers very good service and where you can eat in peace, the Km2 Kcero Restaurant is a great option and highly recommended.
