Bodegón Guachinche Casa Suso is a traditional , family-run guachinche , serving Canarian food and grilled meats in Tacoronte.
It is located in the upper part of Tacoronte, halfway between the highway and the Barranco Las Lajas area, within a private plot with its own parking lot where a family home is located.
The menu is not as varied as in the more traditional guachinches. You can find starters such as croquettes, fabada, ropa vieja, morcilla… dishes such as salted fish, tuna in sauce, cod with onions, rabbit with chestnuts, goat meat, fiesta meat… and delicious grilled meats such as chops, steaks…
They offer delicious homemade desserts made daily, with several varieties to choose from.
The red wine is local, from independent producers and served in bulk.
In general, the quality of the food is very good, the portions are generous and the prices are quite reasonable.
The service provided by the owners, Suso and Mari, is very good and friendly. They will make you feel at home.
